To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such modifications will constitute your acceptance of such modifications.
By consenting to SMS messaging from MARTINO during checkout and initiating a purchase or subscribing through our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring SMS notifications from and on behalf of Martino through your provider wireless service to the mobile phone number you provided, even if your mobile phone number is registered on the Federal Do Not Call List.
Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (eg, order updates, account alerts, etc.).
