They simply need to use your referral link and place an order of $79 or more for your reward to be credited.
However, if they choose to create a customer account, they will be able to start collecting Martino Points on their future purchases.
⚠️ Please note: the first order placed through a referral does not generate Martino Points for the referred friend, since the welcome discount is already applied. Points will start accumulating normally from the second order onward.
On your side, you will receive your Martino Points once the transaction is validated (after approximately 35 days).
⚠️ Purchases of gift cards or orders that are returned or refunded are not eligible for the program.
A delay of about 35 days applies to ensure that the order has not been canceled, returned, or refunded.
⚠️ For the reward to be applied, it is essential that your friend places their first order using your unique referral link. Without this, we cannot apply points retroactively.
Gift card purchases are not eligible, and if the order is refunded, the referral points are automatically removed.
The exact number of points awarded may vary depending on current promotions, but it is always clearly indicated in the Referral section of your customer account.
⚠️ If your friend’s order is canceled or refunded, the referral points will be removed from your balance.
⚠️ However, self-referrals (for example, using your own link at the same address, under the same name, or within the same household) are not allowed.
These behaviors are automatically detected and declined. In cases of repeated abuse, your loyalty account may be suspended.
If the Martino Points have already been credited to your account, they will be automatically deducted from your balance.
⚠️ The referral program is only valid on real, completed purchases, not on canceled or refunded orders.
Once on our site, the 15% discount is automatically applied to their cart on any purchase of $79 or more.
⚠️ Without this link, the discount cannot be applied and it is not possible to add it retroactively.
However, if your friend creates a customer account during this first purchase, their future in-store purchases will automatically be linked to their account and will allow them to collect Martino Points like any other customer.
⚠️ The referral welcome discount cannot be applied directly in-store.
Details and Exclusions
*The approval and allocation of rewards are done manually, starting 35 days after the transaction date. You will receive an email confirming that your reward has been credited to your Martino account, along with any necessary instructions.
The 15% discount offered through the referral program cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion.
Participation in a referral program requires a minimum level of computer skills.
Any attempt at self-referral will be detected and refused, and may result in permanent exclusion from the program. In addition, referrals coming from the same shipping address are considered self-referrals and will also be declined.*
