Shipping is free for orders over $150 CAD before taxes in Canada and the United States. For orders under $150, shipping is $8 for Canada and $12 for the United States. For other countries, the total shipping cost will be calculated and shared with you before completing your online transaction. We do not assume customs fees for deliveries outside of Canada.
We mostly use Purolator's services for the delivery of web orders. Canada Post can also serve more remote areas. UPS takes over for international shipments. In this case, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped. If you have a preference for the signature on delivery option (with or without), please mention it in the note to the seller in the shopping cart.
IMPORTANT: SIGNATURE ON DELIVERYWith the resurgence of parcel thefts, particularly during this season. Martino STRONGLY recommend 'Signature on Delivery'. If you have a preference for the signature on delivery option (with or without), the checkbox provided for this purpose will appear once you find yourself in your shopping cart.
Now what you need to know:
With Signature: The delivery person must receive your signature in order to leave the package with you. If absent, the courier will attempt to return the next business day, or leave a notice that the package will be sent to one of their pickup counters with the relevant information. Which means you may have to go there. If the carrier does not have one, they will attempt to return the next business day. If he still leaves the package without a signature, you are protected in the event of theft and it is the carrier who is responsible.
Without Signature: The delivery person may, at his discretion, leave the package at your doorstep unattended. It may or may not ring, and is not legally required to do so. Please note that by disabling the signature on delivery option (unchecking the box), you release Martino from any liability in the event of the theft of your package at your doorstep. If necessary, you can file a complaint with the local authorities for the theft of your package. But unfortunately you will have no recourse against Martino, nor the carrier.
DELIVERY AT WORKPLACE
If it is impossible for you to predict whether you will be present or not, we STRONGLY recommend the "Signature" option. OR, to have it delivered to your work (ask your employer for permission), to a merchant you know well who is ready to help you, to a neighbor or relative who will be home at the time of delivery. Also in this case, the 'Signature on Delivery' option is highly recommended.
RECOMMENDED: You can also use Canada Post's FlexiDelivery service and let us know by requesting delivery by Canada Post in the 'Special Instructions' box. The package will then be dropped off for you at the postal outlet you have chosen near you, or your work.
Changed your mind? Contact us with your web order number (beginning with AMI) within 30 days of receiving your product to receive a return confirmation. If you are in Canada, we will provide you with a pre-paid digital label that you can print to return or exchange what does not fit. If you are outside of Canada, you will need to ship the product back to us yourself, and we will reimburse you for the shipping costs incurred up to $20 CAD per product, upon presentation of the carrier's invoice. We reserve the right not to cover return shipping costs for certain promotional events. You will be clearly informed before making your purchase.
We do not assume returns for purchases made at the Amimoc/Martino Boutique in the Quartier Petit Champlain in Quebec City but our team will be happy to help you if you have a problem once you get home. Once we have the product in question and after we have made sure that it is in its original and unworn condition, we will proceed with the refund directly into the account you paid with. You will receive a confirmation by email. It may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account. These delays are due to your banking institution. If this is the case, we invite you to contact them directly.

At Martino, returns and exchanges are simple and worry-free.
If you wish to exchange your product for another of a different size, we will send it to you upon receipt of the first item to ensure that it is in its original condition and has not been worn. If you want to exchange it for another item, we will first proceed with a refund, and you can place a new order afterwards.

Breakage and repair
Leather will always have natural marks such as dents, scars, scratches or wrinkles. Colors may also differ slightly from one hide to another. These natural irregularities are completely normal and should not be considered a defect, but rather an indication of genuine leather. You may also notice a difference in colour due to your computer monitor. This is well beyond our control
The longevity of our products is our main concern. If, by misfortune, a breakage should occur within an abnormal period of time despite proper use, we will gladly repair or exchange the product when a repair is not possible. Out of respect for those who will have to handle the product, all returned products must be cleaned beforehand. If you have been cherishing your shoes for a few seasons now, contact us and we will be happy to suggest solutions to ensure they get a few extra miles. Most of the products presented on the boutiquemartino.com site are available in stock. If the ordered product is "in stock", it will be shipped within 3 to 4 days. However, it may happen that although your choice of size and color is available for online ordering, we do not have it in stock. If possible, our team of craftsmen will manufacture the desired product especially for you. If necessary, it will take 10 to 15 days before we can send your order. In the event that we are unfortunately unable to deliver what you have ordered, you will be promptly notified and refunded the next working day.
