The Martino Loyalty Program allows you to earn Martino Points through your online or in-store purchases, as well as by completing certain actions such as: creating your loyalty account, subscribing to the newsletter, referring Martino to a friend, sharing a product review, and other special actions throughout the seasons.

Martino Points can then be redeemed for exclusive rewards, such as discounts on your future orders. It’s our way of thanking you for your trust and giving you tangible benefits, season after season.
The program is open to everyone and completely free of charge. Simply create a Martino customer account to start earning Martino Points.

Whether you’re a new shopper, a long-time loyal customer, or simply curious to discover our world, you can join the program and enjoy the benefits it offers.
Registration is simple, quick, and free:
  1. Go to: create a Martino customer account.
  2. Fill in your information and choose a password.
  3. Once your account is activated, you will automatically start earning Martino Points on your purchases and eligible actions.

Upon registration, welcome points are also credited to your account.

We sincerely thank you for your loyalty!
Unfortunately, Martino Points cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made before joining the program, nor to orders placed prior to its launch. Automatic points tracking begins only once you open your loyalty account.

💡 A quick clarification:
A profile is automatically created when you make a purchase… A customer account (with a username and password) allows you to view your orders and your Martino Points.

➡️ If you already have a customer profile with us, we’ll be happy to manually credit your welcome Martino Points linked to the opening of your account. Simply let us know and we’ll credit them upon request.
You can redeem your Martino Points directly through the loyalty widget (bottom left of the screen). Depending on the number of points accumulated, different rewards are available (e.g., $10 discount, free shipping, care kit, etc.).
  1. Log in to your customer account to view your points and available rewards.
  2. Click on the Loyalty widget to open your loyalty space.
  3. Click on Redeem Points to access the list of rewards.
  4. Select the reward you want and click on Redeem.
  5. A unique discount code will be generated automatically.
  6. Click on Apply Discount Code to save it in your cart. The discount will be applied to your next order with an eligible product.

Please note: the discount code cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or codes. You may need to choose the option that is most beneficial for you at this moment.

Leaving a review on Google and/or Facebook is a wonderful way to share your experience with Martino, inspire new customers, and support our Quebec craftsmanship. As a thank you, you’ll receive Martino Points:
  • 250 points for a Google review
  • 250 points for a Facebook review
Write and publish your reviews about your Martino experience.

Then send us an email with your screenshot(s) to let us know.

Referral is a simple way to share Martino with your friends and earn additional Martino Points.

  1. Log in to your customer account
  2. Click on the Loyalty widget at the bottom left of the screen.
  3. Go to the Referral section.
  4. Copy your unique referral link and share it with your friends.
  5. When your friend signs up through your link and makes their first purchase, you will automatically receive Martino Points.

Tip: Your friends also benefit from an exclusive discount on their first order when they use your link.
Yes. Your Martino Points expire after 365 days without any activity in your loyalty account.

Activity includes:
  • an online or in-store purchase,
  • a rewarded action (for example: leaving a review, subscribing to the newsletter, referring a friend),
  • or redeeming your points for a reward.

🎂 Please note: Birthday points are added automatically but are not considered an account activity.
If you return a purchase, the Martino Points earned from that order will be automatically deducted from your account.

This rule also applies to the referral program: if the referred person returns or is refunded for their order, the associated referral points will be removed.
Our loyalty program is meant to stay simple, rewarding, and fair for everyone. Here are a few key things to keep in mind:
  • If you return an item, the Martino Points earned on that purchase will be removed from your balance.
  • Points are calculated on the product price only — taxes and shipping don’t count.
  • Points can’t be added to past purchases.
  • When you redeem points for a reward, that order can’t be combined with another promotion or discount.
  • If you buy sale items, use a promo code, or pay with points, you’ll still earn points — but only on the amount you actually paid (before taxes and after discounts).
  • Gift cards and other promotional products don’t earn points.
  • If a referred order is returned or refunded, the referral Martino Points will be removed.
  • There’s no maximum — you can keep collecting as many points as you like!
  • For in-store purchases, make sure your email address is added at checkout so points link to your account.
  • If we detect any abuse or fraudulent use, the points in question will be cancelled.
  • The number of points needed for a reward may change from time to time without notice.
