When you first try it
Untide the laces, zip it on your feet and then adjust the laces for your best comfort. You should feel a little bit tight in it at first. We suggest you try them for a 10 minutes at home to let time to the boot to recognize your feet.
Care
The leather is oiled and treated in factory before we ship it to you. That makes your boots easy to clean with a damp cloth. You can also use a water and vinegar solution to remove stubborn salt stains. After a good cleaning, or at the begining and the end of the season, you may need to protect the leather of your boots with a protector. Try any care product on a small and unapparent part of your boots before using all over. For more information, visit our Care Guide.
While some of our customers recall using it off the trail, this boot have been designed for urban use. Usage with snow shoes may scratch the leather.

Leather will always have natural marking such as dents, scars, scratches, wrinkles or blemishes. Colors may also slightly differ from a skin to another.
These natural irregularities should not be considered as a defect but rather indications of genuine leather.
Even if your size and color pick is available, we may not have it in stock. No worry! We will make it on order. Allow 10 business days before we can ship it. If you need it quick, please contact us to see if the item is in stock or if we can meet your time frame.
As our inventory is shared between many sales points, irregularities may occur. If we cannot provide what you ordered, you will be noticed and refunded the next business day.
