Post Canada National Strike
Important Notice – Ongoing Canada Post Strike
Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that Canada Post is currently in a nationwide strike, which is ongoing for an indefinite period.
👉 During this strike, all parcels and mail already in the Canada Post network are blocked, with no possibility of delivery until normal postal operations resume.
💡 To reassure you, please note that we have not been using Canada Post services since September 3.
➡️ To ensure service continuity, we are prioritizing Purolator for shipments within Canada and the United States. For deliveries in major urban centers in Quebec, we rely on Purolator or Nationex, a trusted and reliable local carrier.
📬 Important: P.O. Box addresses can only be serviced by Canada Post. No other carrier is authorized to deliver to these addresses. Since the strike began, we no longer use Canada Post services.
🖊️ Security Note: To protect your parcels and avoid loss or disputes, we recommend selecting the Signature on Delivery option. You can activate this by checking the corresponding box in your cart during checkout.
Recommendations for Your Orders
Please provide a complete physical address (no P.O. Boxes).
Avoid using P.O. Boxes while the strike is ongoing.
Select the Signature on Delivery option for greater security.
To help ensure smooth delivery, you can also consider using a friend’s, sibling’s, or trusted contact’s physical address (be sure to notify them in advance), or even have your package delivered to your workplace if that’s more convenient.
