Important Notice Regarding a Possible Canada Post Strike

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that a strike at Canada Post could be triggered as early as May 22, 2025.

👉 In the event of a strike, all parcels and mail already in circulation within the Canada Post network may be held until full operations resume. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to retrieve items during this period.

📬 Important: P.O. Box addresses can only be serviced by Canada Post. No other carriers are able to deliver to these addresses.

➡️ To ensure fast and reliable delivery during this time, we will prioritize Purolator for shipments within Canada and the United States. For deliveries to major urban centers in Quebec, we will use Purolator or Nationex, a trusted and efficient local carrier.

🖊️ Important Note: To secure your parcels and avoid loss or delivery disputes, we strongly recommend choosing the Signature on Delivery option. You can enable this by checking the appropriate box in your cart during checkout.

To help maintain uninterrupted delivery service, we strongly recommend the following:

• Provide a complete physical address (no P.O. Boxes).

• Avoid using P.O. Box addresses until further notice.

• Select the Signature on Delivery option for added security.

To help ensure smooth delivery, you can also consider using a friend’s, sibling’s, or trusted contact’s physical address (be sure to notify them in advance), or even have your package delivered to your workplace if that’s more convenient.
